Looking back on our past footsteps, I strongly believe that each trial and error, as well as each achievement and triumph, has served as a solid cornerstone upon which 81Group now stands, and prepared for a greater march forward. In 81Group, we believe that when undertaking something with our 8 golden rules, nothing is unattainable. The 8 golden rules are resources integration, leveraging connection, keep learning, change our mindset and methods, dare to take challenge, fast-action, passion for giving, and receive without forgetting.
The desire to expand in Southeast Asia, to create value, and to live a long-term economic development, rooted in Malaysia has always been the driver of 81Group’s development.
When DEMGR Solution was founded, my plan was to establish a software development company that is mainly focus on MLM companies. In 2010, with the explosive growth of mobile technology, I foreseen the great impact of mobile technologies would have on businesses and individuals, and this has inspired me to establish a mobile solution company, Spidercomm.
The most valuable asset of our company is the personnel. We nurture the careers of the employees, while depending on their skills and potential. Driven by this determination, I was established 81Group in 2017 with promising every division transform into a company, simultaneously providing opportunities to the entrepreneurial-minded employees. 81Group is now a leading national corporation that embraces 8 subsidiaries to provides comprehensive IT solutions to clients from around the world.
